Shipping Information

Our Shipping Policies
It is our high priority to assure that your purchase arrives in excellent condition. We add extra packaging to protect your merchandise from damage during transit.

The rates for each shipping method will be displayed for your specific order to your specific location during check out. At that time you may select another shipping method and view the resulting change in shipping rates. We do this in order to help you receive what you order in excellent condition, at a time convenient for you, for a reasonable price.

We offer three different shipping methods within the U.S. for your order...

Priority Mail
Our standard shipping, for several years has been Priority Mail through the Postal Service. We have found that Priority Mail is very reliable and with normal delivery to east coast cities in two or three days including Saturdays. They deliver to postal delivery addresses including Post Office boxes.

Express Mail
This is faster service than Priority Mail. Two days guaranteed to the 48-continguous states.
Service Guarantee: Express Mail labels are restricted to Post-Office-to-Addressee domestic shipments to U.S. destinations, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. They cannot be used for international shipments and to some of the U.S. Territories, Possessions, and Freely Associated States.

Overnight Shipping
For next day delivery we offer FedEx Standard Overnight delivery. You can receive your package the next business day if we receive your order before noon PST, Seattle time.

International Shipping
If you are ordering from outside the United States we will ship your purchase via Air Mail only. This may increase the shipping charges for your order to more than were automatically charged. After your order is placed, if the shipping charge is more than you have paid we will email you with the exact dollar amount and any information on the additional shipping charge. You will then see a separate charge to your credit card for the additional shipping costs. The additional charge will be only the amount of the actual shipping.
