This handy series of ribbons helps you find your place in your prayer book, Bible, or other reference book. Each of the five ribbons is a different color, black, white, green, yellow, and red and is 12 inches in length. They are woven material of soft, pleasant texture. The black tab at the top can be either slipped into the spine of the book to hold each of the ribbons in place, or draped artfully over the top of the spine as fits you the best.

Functional, and nice-looking, too. The black piece is vinyl and fits well into the binding of a book. Very useful when using a plan which requires reading in four different places in the Bible each day.

Wish I had purchased these bookmarks years ago! Now, I have enough to mark all of the pages in my leather bound BCP/Hymnal! Someone noted it "was not necessary", but I guess it depends on your church and what they provide for you. Now, I don't have to juggle between the BCP and the hymnal, which I did have to do before. As always, the Episcopal Bookstore sent the items very quickly and everyone there is so cordial and nice. These make a great gifts, too. Thank you, John.

It wasn't clearly stated on the website that there are already bookmark ribbons in the Episcopal BCP & '82 Hymnal combo, so this was an unnecessary purchase.
